The company powers several free features for its phones that have been designed specifically with VoIP call centers in mind. Some of the capabilities included are call recording, call transfer, video calling, and listen-in that enable call center representatives to monitor calls, easily transfer calls to another department, interact with customers face-to-face, and also allow customer service managers to instruct their representatives while on a call.
Additionally, the company offers several low-cost features such as auto-attendant and automated call distribution (ACD) for VoIP call centers. The auto-attendant functions as a virtual receptionist.
