PowerNet Global (News - Alert), a provider of innovative VoIP call center solutions, has just been selected as a finalist for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber awards for Small Business Excellence and Community Involvement, along with five other companies in each division.
The company was awarded the prestigious ranking within the Small Business of the Year Category for company growth and achievement via its NetDialer service, which provides call centers with a cost effective, stable and long-term outbound termination solution.
Additionally, the VoIP call center provider was also recognized in the Community Involvement Category because of its everyday practices including sponsoring and participating in events that give back to the community, providing financial contributions to various causes, and encouraging employees to volunteer personal time with its charitable PTO program.
“We’re pleased to be recognized by the partners and peers of our community. It’s an honor just to be considered for Small Business of the Year and Community Involvement alongside the other businesses of Cincinnati,” said Bernie Stevens, CEO of PowerNet Global, in a press release. “We work hard to be an organization that’s good on the inside – to our employees, promoting corporate culture and wellness – as well as on the outside, by supporting organizations that help others.”
To help support local charities and provide employees with opportunities for fun and fellowship, the PowerNet Global Social Committee prepares a variety of events throughout the year.
PowerNet Global has also received further distinction as one of the Tri-State’s largest companies as a Deloitte (News - Alert) Cincinnati USA 100 award recipient and has been included within the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Largest Private Companies and Courier 250 lists.
Earlier this year, the company sponsored a contest where a lucky winner received two tickets to opening day on April 5 to see the great Cincinnati Reds baseball team. To read the full report, click here.
