Interact Launches Tool to Monitor and Manage VoiceXML, Billing Solutions

The Platform Collector is designed to monitor and manage all VoiceXML (News - Alert), SPOT/VIP IVR, and real-time billing and rating solutions.

The user friendly Platform Collector helps users including all the operators, developers and enterprises to closely monitor their Interact systems. This process helps in the identification of key business events, system auditing, performance tuning activities, fault detection and capacity monitoring.
 
Once the users have access to this critical data they can leverage it to improve business efficiencies and eventually it will boost the chances of the success of an organization.
 
Interact knows that with the standardized real-time statusing of their product sets, customers can easily monitor activity across their entire Interact solution. Through its newest fast and lightweight application the company is allowing enterprises to collect, aggregate, and report on activity across a company’s entire Interact system.
