VoiceObjects Voice Software Recognized as 2006 Product of the Year

Voice software and the use of self-service applications have become necessary in the market as they provide a customized experience that improves customer satisfaction.

Released back in November of 2006, VoiceObjects 6 offers the creation, deployment and management of over the phone self-service applications.

For enterprises and telecommunications carriers, this provides the ability to personalize calls, generate VoiceXML, manage remotely, monitor, and offer support beyond just phone based self-services to also include support for web services and multimodal phone applications.
 
Recognizing the distinguishing importance of this capability, the Editors of both  Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine and INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine have awarded VoiceObjects 6 with 2006 Product of the Year awards.

Commenting on the INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine recognition, Beatriz Infante, president and chief executive officer, VoiceObjects said in a statement, "Internet telephony has radically transformed the communications marketplace, driven by customer demand for operational efficiency.
