Forging on towards continued success in the future, VoiceObjects, provider of Voice Software and VoiceXML, recently announced new achievements and appointments to strengthen their team and company as it evolves.
Most recently, Jim Madden joined the company's leadership team as vice president, America sales. Madden brings to the team a proven record of accomplishment in building relationships and partnerships and is a well-known industry veteran. Prior to this position, Madden was senior vice president for worldwide sales, services and business development, Five9 Inc. Other past positions include vice president, service providers for Nuance (News - Alert) Communications and worldwide vice president of sales SpeechWorks International.
Beatriz Infante, chief executive officer of VoiceObjects commented in a statement, "during this rapid time of growth at VoiceObjects, Jim's 20 years of experience in the contact center, voice software, and IVR
industries will be an invaluable asset to the company."
The company also announced Burton M. Goldfield joined their board of directors last month.
Burton, another industry veteran, brings to the team past experience and successful leadership positions in marketing, sales and management and serves as Ketera's Chief Executive Officer.
His experience will be of particular benefit for the company's growth in delivering telephone-based customer service with their phone application server
technology, Infante noted in a news release.
Recognizing the companies drive toward success, VoiceObjects founder and chief strategy officer, Karl-Heinz Land has been selected as a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year category of the inaugural European Business Awards.
The award recognizes business excellence and the vision and established development of the individual's business.
During the company's first fiscal quarter, ending July 18 2006, they signed new customers including Kelloggs and O2 among others as well as a strategic partnership with Congos.
Commenting on the company's future, Infante also said in statement, "this is an exciting time in the evolution of the company. We have recently announced new products, customers, and partners and our momentum continues to grow."
