VoiceObjects, a provider of voice software and server solutions for enterprises and managed service providers has experienced recent growth and success in an industry that increasingly demands voice software to meet their needs.
Now, the company has announced compatibility between their Server product and Nortel (News - Alert)-- completing successful testing by the Nortel Developer Program.
According to a news release, VoiceObjects Server 6.0 has been specifically verified as compatible with the Nortel Media Processing Server 500 3.5—giving the product a "Nortel Compatible Product" label.
VoiceObjects Server 6.0 is a scalable voice application environment capable of processing millions of live calls using open standards and offers the creation, deployment and management of over the phone self-service applications.
The Nortel Media Processing server 500 solution provides SMBs with capabilities including Advanced Speech solutions, VoiceXML, and SIP . It can also integrate seamlessly with CTI applications to improve the speed and intelligence of call routing and delivers an enhanced self-service experience for callers.
Commenting on the benefits of the newly established interoperability, Michael Codini, chief technology officer, VoiceObjects said in a statement. "IVR applications that leverage the combination of VoiceObjects Server and Nortel Media Processing Server can offer superior per caller personalization. Every organization using Nortel Media Processing Server should consider the benefits that VoiceObjects' phone application server can provide."
