netTALK.com, a consumer electronics and cloud-based SaaS (News - Alert) telecommunications solutions provider, unveiled its fully redesigned online e-commerce website.

The launch of this online store has been timed to cater to the needs of consumers during the holiday season and is expected to enhance the customer experience. Also, the new site has been designed for all screen sizes encompassing mobile phones and desktop computers.

The site is also meant to facilitate the purchase of the company’s low-cost home phone service, netTALK DUO, a voice-over IP (VoIP) home phone service. The requirements are only high-speed Internet, a home phone and a netTALK DUO device, which plugs directly into a modem (or computer) and works with any existing home phone number. Features include free local and long distance service, free unlimited international DUO to DUO calling worldwide, enhanced 911, call waiting and “pay as you go” international rates.

netTALK.com hopes to enhance consumer experience via a simple digital purchasing platform and plans to add more features to the site to further improve e-commerce.

In July of this year, netTALK.com announced increased support for the netTALK DUO product line. Walmart and other fine retailers are stocking up to meet the demand as consumers are looking for ways to save money on their home phone service, cell phone bills, and the cost of international calling.
