Computer Support of San Diego Expands its San Diego VoIP Service

By Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributor

Computer Support of San Diego, a provider of San Diego IT Support, San Diego IT Consulting and San Diego IT Services, has announced the expansion of its San Diego VoIP service.

The company, as part of its current Hosted VoIP PBX services, is now offering support for Cisco (News - Alert), Grandstream and Aastra VoIP phones.

In addition to offering Windows based IP PBX, Computer Support of San Diego also offers a Linux-based solution. Company officials said that the company’s VoIP PBX (News - Alert) is 100 percent manageable via a Web-based interface, which makes it easier to manage and support.

Since Computer Support of San Diego offers both a hosted version and on-premise version, the solution is far less expensive than a traditional PBX/PABX solution, according to company officials. Plus, customers can use existing network wiring and systems without the need for special phone wiring.

Additionally, the company also delivers unified communications technology by unifying voice mail, fax and email; as well as providing presence information.

The company’s hosted VoIP PBX solution enables employees to easily see the presence of other users and avoid unnecessarily making or transferring calls, said company officials.

And, presence is displayed in any standards-based IP phone and also in the user portal, and this solution unifies voice mail and faxes with email by delivering them to the user's inbox, said company officials.

Company officials said that Computer Support of San Diego also offers integration capabilities with Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce.com (News - Alert), Microsoft CRM and other CRM systems.

Recently, Computer Support of San Diego announced the release of the HiCap500 IP PBX. The new PBX connects up to 500 extensions with up to 100 simultaneous voice conversations.
