CallFire has announced free 1-hour Call Tracking consultations for companies interested in tracking telephone calls back to the original advertisement.
The advertisers, using internet, radio, TV, or print, can now purchase “thousands of unique telephone numbers,” according to company officials. They can then allocate these numbers to individual advertisements.
With call tracking interface of CallFire, advertisers can also trace and visualize which campaigns are driving the most telephone calls.
The “Call Tracking,” official said, helps answer questions such as: "Which campaigns drive the most phone calls to my sales team?" "Which infomercial resulted in the most telephone inquiries?" and "What time do most listeners hear my messages?"
This allows advertisers to track conversions in real-time and pause underperforming campaigns, said officials.
Officials said that Call Routing and tracking campaigns can provide call statistics in real time. The data can cut down on marketing costs by identifying underperforming ads, allowing companies to re-allocate budgets to campaigns with a high impression-to-call ratio.
Earlier last year in December, CallFire said that its voice broadcast solutions let users run multiple campaigns simultaneously, each with different call volumes, sound prompts and transfer locations. Also, Company offers an API interface for software developers.
With CallFire's voice broadcast solution, managing multiple outbound campaigns and virtual call center, is said to be easy. CallFire can also broadcast GOTV political calls, emergency notification, outbound sales and government calls.
Last month, the company introduced FriendCast, a free service which allows people to send a voice-recorded personal message to various contacts simultaneously, eliminating the time and hassle of making multiple phone calls or typing lengthy text messages to friends and colleagues.
