Eagle ACD, a service of Eagle IP LLC, which provides solutions for deploying new products and services, has won a 2005 Product of the Year Award from Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine for its hosted contact center model.
Eagle ACD's hosted contact center model gives businesses a call center solution without all the expenses associated with an on premise center. Their model provides small businesses and large enterprises with call center management and services that include administrative and operational control as well as fully functional reporting and monitoring for quality assurance.
Each year Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine presents Product of the Year awards to companies that have gone above and beyond to improve their applications and demonstrate advancement in contact center technology. The products and services chosen have also provided improvements in customer experience and ROI for its users.
