Call Center Technology Company TouchStar Opens Corporate Office in Pune, India

In an effort to support its growing Asian, Australian, European and African continent clients, TouchStar (News - Alert) Software has announced the opening of its TouchStar International corporate office in Pune, India. This new office will support the company’s call center operations serving its international clients.

 
“It is a great pleasure to have the opportunity to open TouchStar International’s headquarters. In Pune, we will provide technical support, development, sales and administrative operations for our continental clients located outside of North and South America,” comments Syed Ashfaq, Chief Operating Officer for TouchStar International, in a statement.
 
Clients in the Asian, Australian, European and Africa regions are served by the TouchStar International business unit. Pune was chosen by the company by its available skilled labor, location in relation to its clients, and the perceived cost effectiveness that the area offers.
 
TouchStar International has long-term plans for its establishment in Pune that includes employing a significant number of individuals from the area within a three year time frame.
 
The press in Mumbai was granted the opportunity last week to be able to meet with Steve Bederman, CEO of TouchStar Software. In discussing the company’s excitement to have the opportunity to grow along with India, Steve stated, “It was a strategically critical decision to decentralize world management between two corporate offices: the United States and India. We see the decentralization as a unique change in our environment, which is key to providing closer customer and employee access.”
 
Bederman went on to add that TouchStar Software is the fastest growing company in its market. TouchStar Software has grown to be a $25 million a year company and is on track to reach $100 million with five years. TouchStar Software has achieved this growth through sales, the acquisition of competitors and by expanding its offering of products and services.
 
The new TouchStar International corporate office is operated under the philosophy of TouchStar’s Core Value as well as proven processes. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, TouchStar Software Corporation is a privately held developer of call center technology. As part of its rapid growth strategy, the company acquired Digisoft in 2005 and Sigmaworx in 2006.
