Telemarketing services provider Tele Resources, recently announced the launch of TeleWiki, designed to provide telemarketing call centers, clients, service providers and others with more information on telemarketing services.
The new offering is a collaborative design and helps users by creating a list of the most common and most searched upon telemarketing terms. The offering also includes basic telemarketing terminology and will be loaded with new call center technology and other terms by Tele Resources.
The idea of the TeleWiki, according to the company, will be similar in design to standard Wiki’s, but will focus on specified and direct content about Teleservices. This, the company hopes, will help in creating an information loaded source with best practices for telemarketing services.
The idea was also in response to the Do Not Call list and other public outcry about telemarketing services, that has pushed it out of the lime light since the 80's and 90's.
With TeleWiki, Tele Resources hopes to provide the industry with information for improving telemarketing campaign results.
"TeleWiki has the potential for becoming one of the most powerful sources of information for the telemarketing industry. And it may allow for a growing list of 'Who’s Who' in the telemarketing industry as well as a 'what is what' in the telemarketing industry," Tele Resources said in a company release.
To visit the TeleWiki go to www.teleresources.net and look for the TeleWiki page.
