Intervoice to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences; Wedbush Morgan Securities and Raymond James & Associates

-- Wedbush Morgan's 4th Annual Small-Cap Investor Conference is being held March 1-2, 2006 at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City. Intervoice management will give a formal presentation on Wednesday, March 1 in addition to hosting ten small group meetings throughout the day.

-- Raymond James & Associates 27th Annual Institutional Investors Conference is being held March 5 - 8, 2006, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Management will present at 11:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 7.
