CallMiner (News - Alert), a provider of speech analytics solutions, has appointed Bob Sullebarger as chief marketing officer at the company's Waltham, Mass., office.
Sullebarger has extensive industry experience from deep data analytics to telecom and networking.
Prior to joining CallMiner, Sullebarger served as the vice president of Marketing and Product Management at Vericept, an enterprise data analytics provider. Under his leadership, Vericept experienced a new phase of growth and repositioning, culminating in Vericept's acquisition by Trustwave.
Sullebarger’s earlier stints also included active role in the management teams of Ciena, Spring Tide Networks and Cascade Communications.
“As CallMiner accelerates our delivery options to include cloud-based Voice of the Customer Analytics, his industry knowledge and Product Management through Corporate Marketing competencies make him an ideal addition to our team,” said CallMiner's President and CEO Terry Leahy in a statement.
Eureka, the speech analytics solution from CallMiner, helps customers catch the true Voice of the Customer (VOC) across all channels within one unified interface. The flexibility of the solution accelerates its market adoption. Sullebarger’s marketing experience is expected to further boost the adoption of this technology.
"CallMiner's Eureka product line is easy-to-use, plug and play in any environment and massively scalable to telco level,” said Sullebarger, in a statement. “It's the only VOC Analytics product which can be delivered cost effectively and flexibly whether from the telco cloud, hosted in a traditional data center or on-premise.”
“Quite simply no other vendor can deliver on this claim. I am excited to join the company at this pivotal time, and look forward to contributing to build our market leadership," Sullebarger added.
CallMiner launched the latest version of CallMiner in October. CallMiner Eureka 8 features a major new capability for automatic quality monitoring called AutoQM designed for contact centers that are expected to utilize the fully automating quality monitoring capability.
