Success Accelerators' Seminar Features Side-by-Side Comparison of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com

Success Accelerators announced the presentation of their popular seminar "Side-by-Side Comparison of Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com."


Company sources said that the seminar will be presented as a concurrent session in their 4 City Tour as well as in the form of a standalone Webinar. The Side-by-Side Comparison will offer interested customers a hand-on look at two popular customer relationship management or CRM tools. The seminar will highlight the differences between the two solutions namely Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com (News - Alert).

Success Accelerators sources added that the Seminar will be presented in multiple locations including Charlotte in North Carolina; Washington in DC; Raleigh in NC and  Atlanta in Georgia during May. The Webinar is scheduled for the 25th of May.

The company provides research, content and events for delivering instant expertise in the fields of CRM, collaboration, business intelligence, document management, cloud computing and unified communications.

Salesforce.com has developed a new user interface model for bringing a social networking application directly to the enterprise environment. Salesforce.com's Chatter is expected to revolutionize sales agents' productivity. Chatter is supposed to enhance professional settings on a daily basis.

This application will come in useful especially in a scenario where large numbers of people and companies are moving towards mobile Internet computing from desktop Internet computing. The entire industry seems to be moving from "cloud one to cloud two", noted Salesforce.com Chairman and CEO Marc Benioff in a presentation in New York.

Salesforce.com Chatter will enable sales agents to leverage a Facebook (News - Alert)-Twitter kind of interface. As it is similar to the social networking apps it can be easily adopted by sales agents making the transition to this new cloud software easy and effective.
