Cloud Conversion Offers CRM Integration between Amazon and Salesforce

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

Cloud Conversion has unveiled a service for merchants that will help them to streamline their entire Amazon customer service and support operations with Salesforce.com's (News - Alert) customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

The new service is called eCommazon and costs $70 per user per month.

According to an article by EcommerceBytes.com, this is the first 100-percent native CRM integration between Amazon and Salesforce.

eCommazon has the ability to seamlessly integrate customers, orders and products with Amazon Webstore 2.0 and Amazon.com (News - Alert) Marketplace with Salesforce.com.

Customers are matched to their customer record in Salesforce once eCommazon pulls Amazon orders in, and according to the company, this allows users to see and manage all their orders across channels in one place.

Cloud Conversion focuses on ecommerce CRM for the Salesforce.com platform and also offers CRM for Magento users through the CloudGento app.

Those interested can find CloudGento and eCommazon on the SalesForce AppExchange.

Cloud Conversion also offers eCommSource, the first and only, eCommerce platform independent, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution available to eBay (News - Alert) sellers.

eCommSource allows companies to manage all customer service and support operations from a single source and entirely within salesforce.com’s Service Cloud 2.

With eCommSource, eBay sellers can easily manage all customer service and support from a single source. This solution is powered completely by salesforce.com, and is the first 100% native integration between eBay and salesforce.com.

According to the company, all eBay messages are sent directly into Salesforce and Salesforce sends those responses directly back using eBay’s APIs.

This means that eBay sellers can leverage Cloud Conversion and the salesforce.com Service Cloud to benefit from an advanced customer service.
