MDLsolutions (News - Alert) Inc has been offering affordable call center solutions with a comprehensive feature set to both large and mid-sized companies. The company’s predictive dialer/call center solution is a Windows/software-based SIP/VoIP dialer/call center solution that runs on a SQL database, in combination with the Windows/software based 3CX IP PBX (News - Alert), to enable businesses to keep in contact with their clients effectively. It’s for call centers of various sizes, or to serve as a stand-alone automated dialer.


Recently, the company was in the news for providing a commercial call center solution to the National Republican Party. The end product was offered in partnership with BusinessWare Solutions and 3CX.

MDLsolutions was looking out for distinctive enhancements to its Predictive Dialing Call Center Solution and thus partnered with BusinessWare Solutions and 3CX, to offer the enhanced solution to its customer.

The new features were applied quickly and seamlessly into the MDLsolutions Call Center Solution without any interruption to the client. The Republican Party reports it was impressed by the product provided by MDLsolutions and has even made an additional purchase.

With the combined technical expertise of more than two decades of working in IT Telecommunications with Cisco, ShoreTel, Avaya (News - Alert), Nortel, Mitel, Microsoft, Aculab, Cantata and NMS, MDLsolutions believes it offers best-in-class solutions and world class customer service.

The company’s Predictive Dialer is installed on its own Windows computer/server and includes its own SQL database, management reporting, SIP/RTP (VoIP) call/registration functionality, import/ export functionality, call recording, and call transfer functionality, as well as voice mail/fax machine detection, prompt play, DTMF capture, and call-list management. Further, it also allows clients to integrate their products using the Dialers/Predictive Dialers open SQL database.

The predictive dialer calls through the 3CX IP phone system or directly through a VoIP provider/VoIP gateway, depending on the customers' configuration and needs.
