Provider of open source CRM software SugarCRM has announced a strategic alliance with Web development and outsourcing agency SR Force that allows SR Force to offer CRM amongst its online services. SR Force can now provide CRM consulting, and SugarCRM (News - Alert) implementation and customization to its customers.
The CRM offerings from SugarCRM will allow SR Force customers seeking to maximise web presence to receive holistic, thorough advice on all aspects of Web presence and online customer service.
Since its establishment in 2006, SR Force has helped more than 300 businesses improve their online presence and has assisted many outsourcing clients. SR Force established an Offshore Development Centre in 2009 manned with 20 staff members. The company’s software has benefitted more than 500,000 users in more than 30 countries.
Since SugarCRM began offering their open source software, it has been downloaded more than five million times, in 75 languages; the community website, SugarForge, has more than 600 extensions and 75 language packs provided by 20,000 programmers working in the open-source community.
Businesses have been leveraging SugarCRM’s open source model to overcome the limitations of proprietary software. SugarCRM’s open source model provides customers full access to the software’s source code and offer complete flexibility via unlimited customization and integration capabilities.
