Social Media Demystified at Social Online CRM Workshops Organized by DMC Software

With a number of customers now trusting the brand name less and trusting the opinions of their online peers more, social media is changing the way in which customers can engage with the brands. DMC Software believes that for remaining competitive in this “Digital Age,” organizations are required to change the way they connect with their customers and prospective customers.


In a release, Mike Ramsay, the managing director of DMC Software said, “As a business owner I know customer service is vital to the success of a business and I believe that Social Media can be used to extend the customer service offered by an organisation and improve the customer experience. Social Media facilitates a two-way dialogue between a business and its customers allowing any potential issues to be addressed quickly and effectively.”
