The mobile space is abuzz this week as companies from across the world come together to showcase all their latest innovations at Mobile World Congress (News - Alert), which kicked off today in Barcelona.
One company participating at MWC for the fourth year in a row is Singapore-based REVE Systems, a VoIP solutions provider offering mobile VoIP and IP softswitch solutions for Internet service providers and carriers in 65 countries across the world.
REVE Systems solutions include a mobile VoIP platform, softswitch and billing applications, and more.
At Mobile World Congress stand2A111, the company is exhibiting its mobile VoIP and IP telephony solutions for European, North and South American markets and said it will place a special emphasis on its iTel Call Through Dialer during the three-day event.
iTel Call Through Dialer is a mobile application that combines a user’s mobile phonebook and stores details like the access number or PIN needed to use a calling card on first time usage so it never has to be entered again.
The company also offers full branding opportunities for service providers and various software distribution possibilities.
Earlier this year, REVE Systems announced its iTel Switch Plus offering was awarded 2011 Unified Communications (News - Alert) Excellence Award by TMC.
This carrier-grade softswitch offers the ability for users to operate complete call origination devices with only a single PIN so tasks like mobile top-up, PIN recharge and even voice calls can be completed using the same PIN.
