According to Nalevka, market research shows that 50 percent of Americans will have a smartphone by the end of 2011, totaling 1 billion smartphone users across the world by 2013, which is why MobileMax (News - Alert) believes in educating mobile users how to get the most out of their mobile experience using the features of a PBX platform.
