Adam Ross Appointed VP of Business Development for Infusion Software

Infusion Software providing CRM software for True Small Businesses (TSB) announced that Adam Ross (News - Alert) would be joining its executive team as Vice President of Business Development.


All aspects of business development including channel partnerships and strategic alliances for Infusion Software (News - Alert) will now be taken care of by Ross, Infusion in a press release.

Clate Mask, President of Infusion Software said, “We are thrilled to welcome Adam to Infusion’s senior management team. Adam’s 15 years of software industry expertise clearly strengthen our leadership team, and will help us build out our partner programs to allow us to further reach and provide value to the millions of true small businesses in the U.S.”

The overall business development is set to increase under the guidance of Ross as it would increase Infusion’s visibility among its advisors, Infusion Certified Consultants, third-party independent software vendors, embedded software partners and key strategic alliances feels Infusion.

Before joining Infusion Ross was the Vice President of Channel for NetSuite (News - Alert) Inc. He supervised Americas Channel strategy for NetSuite, Inc. Under his able guidance Americas Channel division significantly increased its revenue and also was able to increase the number of VAR’s selling the NetSuite product line.

Ross was National Sales Director for Best Software’s CRM division before joining Netsuite. Revenue production for the CRM division of Best Software was in Ross’ hands. He managed to increase the revenue for CRM sales besides decreasing operating expenses.

Ross pointed out that Infusion is one of those rare companies that has the right combination to win. He further added, “The management team is smart and aggressive. They have a web-based product that meets the needs of the true small business, a market that everyone in software knows is deeply underserved. And they have the backing of a proven venture firm like Mohr Davidow. That’s a clear winning combination, and I look forward to helping drive the company’s growth.”

Now, Ross will lead Infusion Software in his capacity as Vice President of Business Development. The company helps TSBs show remarkable growth by centralizing, organizing and automating their marketing, sales and customer management. This helps save on labor costs, increases lead conversion and offer greater lifetime customer value said the company in a statement.
