PRG Group, a global information, consulting and technology provider focused on serving middle-market enterprises, announced its Managed Services division is now offering remote network monitoring to a Dallas based firm specializing in managed information technology services.
Under the terms of the services agreement, PRG Group will manage IT Infrastructure environment, including monitoring, support and maintenance of all related network components and devices, company officials said.
According to Uma Pandey, chief executive officer of PRG Group, the new client is a well-established middle-market company in Texas. This customer win, according to Pandey, validates the accelerating demand for their solutions and expertise during these challenging economic periods.
“Expansion into the Texas market is key to our strategy and our future success,” Pandey added. “We were successful in winning this project because we proposed a customized solution and demonstrated our flexibility in providing the critical infrastructure and core business processes required by this customer.”
The new agreement strengthens the company’s presence in the middle market. Companies in the managed services industry, according to Pandey, require a world-class, high-performance infrastructure.
“PRG Group services offerings focus on exceptional service level performance, while our operational efficiencies allow clients to achieve significantly lower cost and improved flexibility,” Pandey said. “The cost-sensitive economic environment makes these capabilities increasingly attractive for middle-market enterprises.”
The company also announced it will be demonstrating their innovative proprietary products, debuting new products and highlighting their integrated services at the LDI 2010 show, October 22-24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
PRG Distribution will be showcasing an array of product advances from leading manufactures in their booth on the show floor, according to a press release.
