T3 Telecom Software. Releases Voice Transcription Services for Unified Messaging Platform.
Integrated telephony solutions provider T3 Telecom Software has released its latest a voice transcription add-on service to its T3main platform.
The New York, N.Y.-based company’s T3vT services is geared toward enhancing current unified messaging functionality that allows messages to be accessed from one central location, T3vT allows users to read their voice messages anytime and anywhere.
T3main is built on Linux for maximum flexibility and fits into a VoIP, traditional TDM PBX or hybrid strategy that is expected to enable customers to leverage existing infrastructure investment through networking capabilities and a distributed architecture that allow multi-site organizations to standardize on one solution for their telephony services needs.
"By incorporating Voice Transcription into our platform, the T3main continues to be on the cutting-edge of unified communications technology," Yaniv Livneh, CEO of T3 Telecom Software, said. "We are the first unified messaging company to offer this functionality to the corporate market which further simplifies message retrieval for voicemail users and contributes to higher efficiency in the workforce."
After a voice message is received, it is transcribed and sent as text to a mobile device and/or as a text-based email attachment. T3vT is fully integrated with the T3main so voice messages can still be listened to through voicemail or an email inbox.
T3main includes feature-rich components that provide the building blocks for a fully customized and scalable unified communications solution including Unified Messaging, Speech Recognition, Speaker Verification, Interactive Voice Response, Broadcast Notification, Automated Attendant, Fax, and Announcer capabilities.
T3 Telecom Software has been developing innovative telephony solutions since 1991. The company's progressive building blocks approach allows customers to build a highly configured telephony application that meets unique business requirements without in-depth knowledge of programming and telephony.
