E-Complish and Debt Resolve (News - Alert) will build and market an IVR version of Debt Resolve's two solutions, DR Prevent for early stage collections and the patented DR Settle for late stage collections.

Debt Resolve provides a patent-protected online bidding system for the resolution and settlement of consumer debt as well as a collections and skip tracing solution. E-Complish specializes in IVR, credit card processing, and automated clearing house processing.

The companies claim that the solutions will be unique in the industry and will be ready for market within 60 days.

"These industry-leading IVR solutions will offer the best functionality in the market. We have been discussing the solutions with potential clients and have received strong indications of interest in the collections vertical,” said David Rainey, Debt Resolve's president and CFO. “We picked a strong partner that we know can deliver on complex technology with us to open up new markets for Debt Resolve."

Debt Resolve is having a busy time this year and was recently selected by collection law firm network, RecoveryLegal.net, which purchases portfolios of defaulted debt and collects them in-house and through referral to its network of participating collection attorneys.

RecoveryLegal.net picked DR Settle as its exclusive Web portal technology for its recovery efforts. According to Debt Resolve, it will complete implementation for this client within 15 days.
