ViryaNet Introduces Voice-Enabled Field Application

Field technicians can now rely on the newly released ViryaNet (News - Alert) G4 Field Application that enables processing of work via an intelligent mobile application.


The new ViryaNet G4 Field App supports voice activation, enabling field technicians to get voice guidance, automated reminders and status updates through geo-location and movement sensors.

Users can also use this application to have a stress-free communication with customers, peers and managers via phone, text or e-mail, as well as enjoying better collaboration and information-sharing, enabling improved customer satisfaction.

The application is aided by “My Workforce” functionality, which gives supervisors full visibility of their employees in real time, including skills, work status, and distance from the supervisor, in order to keep their work on track and to handle changes proactively.

Technicians can benefit as well, in dealing with both managers and other stakeholders. The field app allows these techs to access information about individual performance, including assuring compliance to plan, as well as observing missed appointments and return visits, all as an overall as part of comprehensive performance-management plans.
