The HUD system is a platform with tools businesses can access to connect with everyone within an organization, customers and suppliers by simplifying the best way to initiate, receive, and respond to business communications. It has been designed for todays’ collaborative environment so employees can work smarter. It is offered as Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) with calling features, chat, presence, video and audio conferencing, voicemail transcription, and more.
The company outlined four methods to integrate these initiatives with business applications.
Full Integrations – Based on customer demand for market opportunities the company will develop software that can fully integrate with top-tier cloud services.
Product Partnerships – If it is not necessary to build a platform from the ground up for a company, Fonality will choose best in class solutions from world class vendors.
Outside In – The company’s Web Launcher and Click-to-Dial software interface services simplify access so other solution providers can give shared customers instant access to their Fonality system.
Web Launcher – Is a patented solution that lets users quickly add search parameters in their HUD Web Launcher form the interface to access the power of search engines and other web-based services.
