Yealink (News - Alert), an IP phones provider, has partnered with Telinta, a provider of cloud-based switching and billing solutions for VoIP service providers, to develop Auto-Provisioning Profiles for many popular models of Yealink IP phones.
Rated as the global top five SIP phone provider, Yealink plays a big role in driving the IP communications industry forward by enabling businesses to effectively communicate over an Internet connection. These IP phones enable businesses to be as productive and innovative as possible.
This interoperability partnership will benefit VoIP service providers deploying large number of Yealink IP phones. It allows them to easily deploy Yealink IP phones via Telinta’s cloud-based switching, billing and customer management platform.
Telinta’s Auto-Provisioning Profiles are designed for service providers that offer services like IP PBX (News - Alert), call centers or other types of IP deployments for enterprise customers. As a result of this partnership, the company offers an Auto-Provisioning Profile for Yealink IP phones in Telinta’s TeliCore switching, billing and customer management platform.
Using Telinta’s Auto-Provisioning Profiles, VoIP service providers can easily deploy large numbers of Yealink IP phones via Telinta’s cloud-based switching, billing and customer management platform. There is no need for manual configuration.
Service providers can create an inventory of Yealink phones using Telinta’s simple Web portal. When the phones are connected to the Internet, they will automatically connect to Telinta’s provisioning servers to download a complete configuration profile.
TeliCore, according to Telinta, is the largest hosted softswitch installation of its type, integrating carrier grade switching and billing capabilities from PortaSwitch, with Telinta’s own proprietary enhancements.
Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta, says the partnership between Yealink and Telinta provides them with affordable, high-quality IP phones from Yealink combined with automated solution for easy provisioning from Telinta.
“Telinta’s carrier-grade platform and cloud-based solutions greatly streamline the provisioning process. This Joint solution between Yealink and Telinta will bring easy and convenient deployment experience to our customers,” said Stone Lu (News - Alert), senior vice president for Sales and Marketing, Yealink, in a statement.
The announcement comes shortly after Yealink announced that its SIP phones are now supported by CoreDial, a provider of cloud communications software and services. CoreDial’s channel partners now have the opportunity to provision these new phones to their end-user customers.
