Computer Support of San Diego Announces Cost Saving VoIP PBX Systems

By Mini Swamy, TMCnet Contributor

With local and global economies being unpredictable and small business owners looking out for cost saving solutions on their telephone service, Computer Support of San Diego clicked at the right time by announcing new cost saving VoIP systems.

These new systems, according to company officials, have everything that one could want including full features and functionality that provide significant cost savings without loss in quality.

Computer Support of San Diego claims that its systems are as superior as the Hosted VoIP PBX (News - Alert) systems that run on Microsoft Windows Server. As they are based on the SIP standard, users can choose any SIP phone. These phones use the computer network and hence no separate wiring is required. The systems are also easy to install and move.

Available immediately, a complete hosted VoIP PBX System is priced at $99 per month. It also includes a special pricing on per minute toll charges that cost just 89 cents per minute. Moreover, customers have the option of choosing from a list of phone vendors.

Advocating the use of VoIP, the press release goes on to cite the advantages that companies would have if they transitioned to VoIP.

VoIP is touted as the affordable alternative to traditional PBX systems and is increasingly being favored by companies. As data and voice are delivered over a single network, communication costs decrease, operating costs are reduced while call management and routing facilities are enhanced.

In addition, VoIP eliminates the need for PBX hardware and other related maintenance required for traditional telephony systems. Calls between two VoIP users are free, regardless of where they are located. The resilience of the service even during times of natural disasters is also seen as a big advantage.

For those who think that the transition to VoIP could be painful, the press release clearly indicates that it isn't so. Existing telephone numbers can be used. All its functions are user-friendly and customers have access to their call records at all times.

In other news, Computer Support of San Diego recently announced that it has joined the Symantec (News - Alert) Partners Program. Computer Support of San Diego will add Symantec to its extensive list of partners and industry alliances, all of which are focused on delivering better solutions to its customers.
