It seems as though just about everyone is moving to the cloud these days – small businesses, enterprises, and companies across all verticals are realizing the important developments in hosted technology. Among them has recently been Accounts Receivables Management, a company in the receivables management arena based out of New Jersey.
Having made the decision to eliminate its premised dialer technology, ARM (News - Alert) chose LiveVox’s Cloud Contact Center Platform to make the transition to the cloud. In signing a multi-year contract, ARM and LiveVox, a provider of cloud-based contact center applications and hosted predictive dialers, will enjoy a partnership that will benefit both groups.
Leaders at ARM cited the decision to move to a hosted predictive dialer system was spurred by the slow-to-adapt ways of its premised solution. ARM and LiveVox (News - Alert) had already been working together in other capacities, and therefore decided to expand the existing partnership by implementing LiveVox’s suite of ACD/PBX (News - Alert), predictive dialer, IVR, and call recording technologies into its onshore and offshore locations.
ARM’s COO, Joe Burch, stated, “I have been extremely impressed with LiveVox’s dedication to customizing the right solution for its clients. We know receivables management operations and strategy, but technology optimization is LiveVox’s area of expertise. With the scale and agility of the LiveVox system we increased productivity and very clearly saw ways to improve our client performance.”
By using LiveVox to migrate its contact centers to VoIP without PBX upgrades, ARM will be able to make that complete transition at a significantly lower cost while maintaining support for its on-site technology.
“The goal of technology providers should be to deliver simpler models that allow contact centers to quickly take action when business requirements change,” said Louis Summe (News - Alert), CEO, LiveVox. “The cloud delivers levels of scale, flexibility and security that would be cost prohibitive to most organizations otherwise. These features, not on-site servers, are what improve performance.”
LiveVox’s hosted predictive dialer software will enable ARM to enjoy better flexibility, scalability, reporting, and security while making a quick implementation.
