Hosted Predictive Dialer Solutions Get a Boost with New Features from LiveVox

It’s been a busy week for the folks over at LiveVox (News - Alert): With the recent announcement of the company’s recognition in Customer Interaction Solutions magazine and the Product of the Year Award for 2011, the hosted predictive dialer provider is already gaining traction in the market for 2012. To further its impact on the cloud-based contact center space, LiveVox also revealed a new feature to boost its contact center solutions.


By releasing Click-to-Call Manual dialing for cell phones, LiveVox makes it possible for contact center operators to segregate cell phone numbers from predictive campaigns. The new feature also allows agents to manually intervene in the decision to skip or call certain numbers.

Louis Summe (News - Alert), chief executive officer, LiveVox, commented on the new feature, “The LiveVox cloud platform enables us to develop and deploy new features more rapidly than legacy contact center products. Our dedication to building features that assist our clients with managing compliance allows them to focus energies on improving their operations.”

The Click-to-Call Manual is a feature of the LiveVox cloud contact center platform containing several core applications including ACD/PBX (News - Alert), predictive dialer, VIR, call recording, and reporting. Existing in a muti-tenant cloud, these features increase efficiency and manage risk. All Click-to-Call Manual dials are recorded and protected by time zone controls.

LiveVox continues to add to its suite of inbound/outbound contact center compliance solutions with PCI (News - Alert)-certified, fully redundant architecture, secure multi-carrier MPLS interoperability, integrated call recording, and real-time agent monitoring and reporting.
