LiveVox Recognized for Unique Hosted Predictive Dialer Solutions

As a provider of hosted predictive dialer and cloud-based contact center solutions, LiveVox (News - Alert) makes a point of staying on the cutting edge of what is new in the cloud computing industry, particularly when it comes to customer-facing software. Fortunately for LiveVox, this diligence pays off. The company was recently awarded a Product of the Year Award for its patented, PCI (News - Alert)-certified cloud contact center platform.


Awarded the Product of the Year from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine for 2011, LiveVox adds the accolade to its roster of already-esteemed recognitions. This year is the second for the company’s recognition from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine, and it has received awards from the American Teleservice Association's Technovation as well as Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) with the firm’s "Best Brand" award.

Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC stated in a recent announcement, "LiveVox received a 2011 Product of the Year Award for its dedication to quality in solutions that benefit the customers' overall experience as well as ROI for their clients," said. "Customer Interaction Solutions magazine has been honoring innovative companies for 13 years and LiveVox has earned its place with this distinguished honor."

LiveVox had an exciting last few months with the issuance of new features for its contact center applications including Account Penetration Settings and Click-to-Call Manual Dialing for cell phones. With new integrated PBX (News - Alert) functionality into its predictive dialer/ACD, the company enables contact centers to migrate to VoIP /MPLS and leverage cloud technology without on-site switching.

LiveVox’s CEO, Louis Summe (News - Alert), commented on the recognition, "Contact centers understand the benefits cloud computing can bring but are still searching for vendors who can integrate highly scalable applications and simplify their operations.
