Talkmobile, a division of The Carphone Warehouse and part of Best Buy (News - Alert) Europe, has deployed Cerillion Technologies’ new hosted customer relationship management and billing system to improve its operation.

Officials Cerillion (News - Alert) Technologies with said that Talkmobile has selected the company’s host and manage the CRM and billing platform. Cerillion as part of five year agreement will also provide migration from Talkmobile’s legacy systems.

According to company officials, Talkmobile selected Cerillion due to its track record of delivering MVNO solutions and proven time-to-market advantage for launching new services.

Also key to the selection were Cerillion’s well established API layer and the thin-client CRM interface, enabling easy integration with Talkmobile’s IT systems and low impact deployment to its call centres.

“By working with Cerillion we are able to deliver a great customer experience to our current and future customers,” commented Paul Layte, managing director of Talkmobile, in a statement.

“Cerillion have understood our key project goals and I am confident we have chosen the right partner to help us grow our business,” said Layte.

“I am delighted to announce another key win for our managed service,” added Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion Technologies.

Hall said that Talkmobile are one of a new breed of innovative MVNOs and a growing force in the UK telecoms sector, and the company looks forward to a long and successful partnership.

Cerillion Technologies is a provider of next generation customer management systems.

Recently Cerillion Technologies announced the completed implementation of its convergent CRM and billing solution for Spring Mobil, Sweden’s fourth GSM mobile license holder.

Based on femtocell technology, Spring Mobil’s FMC service offers dedicated GSM networks to enterprise customers, enabling them to use a single GSM handset as an internal phone extension at work and as a standard mobile phone outside the office.

The Cerillion solution enables Spring Mobil’s sales and customer service staff to manage the complete order-to-cash lifecycle efficiently, while corporate end-users have the flexibility to administer their own services and virtual PBX (News - Alert) using the online self-service interface.

The system’s powerful rating engine and flexible mediation modules enable complex on-net and off-net calling scenarios to be turned into revenue generating services through configuration only.
