Hosted CRM Provider TRG Customer Solutions Expands in Hampton

Joining with First Potomac Management, its partner, TRG Customer Solutions will invest nearly $1 million to expand its operations in Hampton, Virginia. TRG Customer Solutions provides global business process outsourcing and customer management solutions and technologies, and its expansion will preserve 300 jobs while adding 120.


Governor of Virginia, Bob McDonnell praised the announcement stating, “Keeping TRG Customer Solutions in Hampton and accommodating the company’s growth was our goal with this project. An available facility was identified and up-fitted in a timely manner to allow TRG to be operational quickly. Staying in Virginia allowed the company to maintain its well-trained workforce of 300 employees, as well as add 120 new positions.”

Investing more than $900,000 into the project, TRG Customer Solutions is originally headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and currently supports more than 175 global clients from 13 operations centers in six nations. Jim Cheng, Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade stated, “The Governor’s Senior Economic Advisor Bob Sledd worked closely with TRG Customer Solutions to ensure that the company remained in Hampton and the Commonwealth. I am pleased with the team that pulled together to successfully accommodate TRG’s needs.”

Frank Kelly, CEO of TRG Customer Solutions, issued the announcement, “We’re very excited about this opportunity to expand our operations in the City of Hampton. The talent and work ethic of employees in the area is one of the reasons we chose to remain in Hampton.  It is a demonstration of our commitment to the people and state of Virginia.”

With this expansion, TRG Customer Solutions will be able to provide its clients with increased revenue growth, improved operational effectiveness, and increased customer satisfaction.
