Hosted call center solutions provider inContact will be holding a conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET, Tuesday, March 11, to discuss results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009.
CEO Paul Jarman and CFO Greg Ayers will host the presentation, followed by a question and answer period.
The dial-in number is 1-800-895-0198 (international: +1-785-424-1053) and the conference ID# is 7INCONTACT.
An archived version of the call will be available after March 15 on the inContact investor relations website at http://investor.incontact.com.
inContact, which sponsors the Hosted Call Center channel and Call Center Services community on TMCnet, made news in February when it announced that it had selected Sonus Networks to expand its IP voice network and secure SIP trunking to IP-PBXs.
Officials with Sonus Networks (News - Alert) said the company’s solution will offer scalable border security for IP connectivity as well as leverage the platform's centralized routing and diverse media support to better manage the growing amount of traffic that crosses the inContact network.
The Sonus next generation components will centrally manage policy, routing and security on the inContact network. This will set the stage for inContact's global network expansion.
inContact is one of the few hosted call center software providers that operates its own dedicated network as an added service. As such the company is able to control quality of service, security and application performance for its customers better than other providers that deliver their applications on a “best efforts” basis across the public Internet.
