TelOnline (News - Alert), a provider of telephony solutions, will deploy an IP telephony solution for SYAC to boost its business phone systems and unified communications (UC) in Colombia. The VoIP solution from TelOnline boosts business by leveraging a combination of Switchvox SMB AA305, MyPBX Standard Gateway (News - Alert), IVR and a custom outbound call solution.
Software development company SYAC was searching for a solution that could serve as a real-time authentication self-service system to inbound callers. TelOnline delivered a service that ensured customers calls were routed according to their state found in the database.
Customers can leverage the interactive voice response (IVR) service to perform basic transactions and improve customer experience by delivering higher-value interactions. This reliable and scalable solution has been designed to address the need of companies of all sizes.
TelOnline is also enabling SYAC to keep track of their minutes for calls that are made through GSM Gateway. A customized solution controls minutes with managing passwords for the individual user and blocks the call when the minutes reaches the allowable limit.
This process allows SYAC to efficiently manage its outbound calls, according to TelOnline that also notes the Digium Switchvox (News - Alert) AA305 SMB appliance to be an ideal solution for small-sized business that search for a full feature rack mountable PBX.
“We decided to work with TelOnline because they showed not only great technical knowledge but also their willingness to provide effective solutions to upgrade our voice platform states,” said IT Engineer Helberth Bayona Hernández.
TelOnline was in news last year when it celebrated two years in providing Boom Net with a customized complete IP-PBX (News - Alert), SIP trunking Service, Dialer application and SMS telecommunications solution.
