Incognito Software is offering a high-quality comprehensive training course in January to address a range of proficiencies on their device provisioning and IP address management products.
The certification program is designed to create and verify a “high level” of competency for support professionals, system administrators and technical operations staff, according to the company.
Incognito’s device provisioning platform is designed for small and medium-sized operators looking to reduce the time, cost and complexity associated with deploying broadband services like high speed data, VoIP and video.
The company’s Broadband Command Center is further optimized to provide highly automated deployments for reducing these costs, and to offer enhanced reliability to attract and retain subscribers. The solution comes in two editions (cable and DSL) and a additional product, SIP Deployment Server, is also available to take advantage of that technology for delivering efficient device provisioning, according to the company.
The event will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia from January 12 to January 16 at the Incognito Training Center.
“Our team has decades of experience with DHCP, IPAM and DNS,” the company said. “We also play an important role in implementing and contributing to new protocols and standards such as SIP, DOCSIS 3.0 and IPv6.”
