DMC Software Hosts a New Series of Social Customer Service Software Workshops

The importance of social media is rising day by day. In such a situation it is imperative for the businesses to keep up with the various social avenues in order to remain fully competitive with their customer service software.

DMC Software Solutions, a premier Sage Business Partner and Overall Sage Circle of Excellence Winner 2009, in response, is hosting a new series of Social CRM Workshops.


The customer’s buying priorities, to a great extent have been changed due to the emerging importance of the Social Media. Therefore, to remain competitive in this “Digital Age” organisations need to change the way they engage with their customers and prospective customers, DMC Software, says.

Being a customer relationship management solution, Social CRM has the ability to leverage social media, such as ACT! by Sage, Sage CRM and SalesLogix.

The CRM database is populated by the Information from social media channels, informing the sales and marketing process. Relationships can be developed leading to long term customer loyalty, through an effective Social CRM strategy.

A series of Social CRM workshops, with the aim of demystifying Social Media and identifying how Social CRM can be used to complement existing customer strategy is being hosted by DMC Software Solutions.
