PRINCETON, NJ---The AnswerNet Network, a contact center and telemessaging outsourcer, has brought aboard and promoted new senior staff.

 

Dave Halter is The AnswerNet Network’s National Sales Manager. Dave is responsible for the company’s sales team and for attracting and handling major accounts.

 

Dave comes to The AnswerNet Network from Verizon Communications, after a brief stint with The Wendover Corporation.

 

Dave is a leader in selling services and tools. As Verizon's director of enterprise business sales, Dave and his team took the lead on promoting and selling every new technology and service introduced by the carrier and its predecessors over the past 20 years. These include voice over IP, LAN/WAN, fiber optics, long distance and managed network services.

 

Kristi Boie is the new general manager of AnswerNet-Cerida, located in Methuen, MA. Kristi had previously managed outbound sales for our Network’s Outbound Group. She started at Cerida as a business development representative in 1999.

 

AnswerNet-Cerida handles high-end business-to-business telesales and lead generation/qualification.

 

Kimberly Fronczak has been appointed as general manager of AnswerNet’s Morton Grove, IL contact center.

 

Kimberly had been the contact center’s operations manager. She started as a contact center agent in 2003.

 

The Morton Grove site is especially experienced at providing customer service, help desk and seminar registration.
