Arten Science, a company designing and developing commercial software for Apple (News - Alert) Mac OSX and Microsoft Windows, has announced Multi-User MySQL based version of its popular Cross Platform CRM Solution, ContaxCRM.

The company said that the newest version of ContaxCRM goes beyond single-user desktop CRM solutions and gives users a true shared Multi-User CRM solution.

With ContaxCRM, users can now store, view, interact and communicate with their contacts, customers, prospects, network and suppliers easily and efficiently than ever before. Company officials said that it features an intuitive user Interface and seamless integration with other Arten Science products.

The new version of ContaxCRM is useful for individuals, clubs and businesses who wish to use their Contact or Membership database proactively. Additionally, it's touted as ideal for graphic designers, Web developers, software developers, self employed, electricians, plumbers, consultants, and more.

Company officials said that every individual, club or business needs a central repository for their contact data. And, ContaxCRM is the hub of the ContaxCRM Suite, enabling seamless integration with R10Cipher for encrypted text and email, R10BatchMail for batch email sending and ooSooM for task and document management.

Company officials said that system features include Windows Version for XP, Vista, 2003 and 7; supplied as a Universal Binary for Mac OSX including Snow Leopard. It requires no installation, or any kind of modifications to the computer outside of the ContaxCRM folder.

In addition to enabling users to store detailed information about their contacts, ContaxCRM offers users defined contact categories and classifications; appropriate icon for contact types shown on inbuilt Google (News - Alert) Maps; Traffic Light Rating System (TLRS); Geographical Mapping Information that shows physical proximity between businesses; and more.

Last year in December, the company launched its R10Office CRM and Productivity Suite designed specifically for individuals, clubs, groups and small businesses.
