Nestlé Purina PetCare, a division of Nestlé Australia Ltd., has selected the StayinFront TouchCG platform for deployment on Android (News - Alert)-based and Windows devices across its national field sales team.
Nestlé Purina PetCare sought a sophisticated retail execution solution, with inbuilt Analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to support its growing sales team, already numbering in the hundreds. Nestlé Purina PetCare’s managers also needed visibility to accurately identify trends in speed to shelf, distribution gaps and promotional compliance.
Officials with StayinFront said that the company’s TouchCG will provide the Nestlé Purina PetCare field representatives with quick and easy remote access to the company’s leading on-demand CRM for Consumer Goods organisations, StayinFront EdgeCG.
“Nestlé Purina PetCare’s selection of the StayinFront solution further solidifies our leadership position in the Consumer Goods CRM space. This is an ideal example of our ability to rapidly leverage technological innovation and deploy solutions for the measurable commercial advantage of our customers,” said Kerrie-Anne Turner, StayinFront’s APAC Vice President and Managing Director Australia, in a statement.
Company officials said that the StayinFront solution will provide Nestlé Purina PetCare with significant gains over the manual paper-based systems that are being replaced. Managers will immediately gain timely insight into what’s happening at the store.
SaaS (News - Alert) based and quick to deploy, StayinFront EdgeCG will also enable Nestlé Purina PetCare to easily roll out additional modules to the field to maximise user adoption.
Back in June, StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of customer relationship management systems and mobile sales force effectiveness tools, had announced StayinFront TouchCG, a revolutionary field force system with consumer goods-specific functionality available on Android, iPhone (News - Alert) and iPad mobile digital device platforms.
StayinFront TouchCG is the company’s second product to be built on its ground-breaking mobile platform, StayinFront Touch, which was released earlier this year. The platform provides remote access to StayinFront on-demand CRM solutions across iPhone and iPad mobile digital devices, as well as Android-based phones and tablets, from a single application.
