HomecareCRM Provides New Training Program to Amedisys

HomecareCRM will provide Amedisys home health and hospice business development teams with an innovative new technology and training program.

Amedisys, Inc, a home health care and hospice company and HomecareCRM note that this agreement will elevate the standard of customer relationship management in the home health industry.


HomecareCRM is currently building a customized program for Amedisys so that the company can enable its nationwide business development team to better identify, prioritize, recruit, and grow their customer base in local markets.

The new customized CRM program is scheduled to be deployed across both Amedisys Home Health and Hospice Care divisions nationwide in the second quarter of 2011.

“HomecareCRM pioneered the use of customer relationship management technology in the home health and hospice industry, capturing the attention of cutting-edge organizations like Amedisys,” said Karl Dumas, chief executive officer of HomecareCRM, LLC. “The team at Amedisys challenged us to further enhance our core technology and implementation programs with features that will accelerate the rapid growth they are already experiencing.”
