Microsoft CRM Software 2011 Already Successful and Extending to the Middle East

Microsoft (News - Alert) Business Solutions has announced the code for the on-premises CRM Software 2011 will be available in the Middle East this month. ITP.net has reported, however, that one of Microsoft Business Solutions' biggest clients, Mubadala, has already migrated its entire environment to CRM 2011.

It is reported that the solution, which has been available in 42 companies for only a month and a half, has already reached 16,000 trials and the company is beginning to see some subscriptions.

A Microsoft Business Solutions executive said CRM 2011 has been positioned by Gartner (News - Alert) analysts in the top right of the Gartner Magic Quadrant, which they see as proof that the product launch has been successful.

Microsoft says the new generation of CRM software gives customers the power of choice so they can decide whether to deploy the solution on site, online or in a hosted manner with the same code as the first generation of CRM. The new generation CRM software costs about one half to one third of the average selling price of solutions other companies are offering for comparable services according to Benoit de la Tour, vice president of Dynamics EMEA, Microsoft Business Solutions.

Referring to the positive reception of CRM 11, de la Tour also said, "This is a solution that has been thought out and built to be very easy to use, very user-friendly and we are seeing strong user adoption. CRM has always been a challenge in terms of user adoption because of the complexity and lack of integration so we have seen great momentum since our launch in January.”

Another vendor in the CRM software space, NetSuite (News - Alert), has also found tremendous success in the marketplace with its CRM software called NetSuite CRM+. The company says it boasts thousands of customers globally, serving industries such as wholesale distribution, manufacturing, media/publishing and retail.

NetSuite CRM+ is designed as a complete customer relationship management solution for small and mid-sized organizations. Its emphasis is on front- and back-office integration and is said to be one of the only CRM solutions that provides an all-in-one business solution with a complete view of the customer.
