Systems America has become Salesforce.com value added reseller (VAR) partner, which will help establish the company as Salesforce.com’s (News - Alert) qualified global systems integrators for Salesforce CRM products and technology.
The company is expected to make significant investments in strengthening its consulting and Salesforce.com workforce to consolidate and grow its small and midsize client base in the North America, Asia-Pacific and EMEA region.
Thanks to this latest announcement, customers can now harness the combined strengths of both companies to take their sales, marketing and finance processes to next level of automation with improved ROI, according to company officials.
“Going forward we expect Salesforce.com implementation projects and license resells to add USD $20 million in revenues for Systems America in next 12 months,” Adesh Tyagi, CEO at Systems America.
Tyagi said that Systems America has made significant headway in the CRM market place as a result of its focus on Salesforce.com and Force.com technology offerings to customers across North America, Asia-Pacific and in EMEA."
Systems America is a provider of diversified cloud computing and information technology solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide.
Raj Tyagi, CTO, at Systems America said that Systems America has extensive experience in cloud computing which will be a key focus area for its long term growth.
The company is looking forward to developing a strategic partnership with Salesforce.com and leveraging the cloud computing expertise would help grow revenues and customer satisfaction for both the companies, Tyagi said.
Salesforce.com is the enterprise cloud computing company. Last month, Nikon Instruments, a company that offers optical instrumentation solutions, deployed Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Chatter.
