For the fifth consecutive year Avtex won the Preferred Partner of the Year award by demonstrating the highest levels of technical certification, sales, and support.
Avtex specializing in development, design, deployment and support for the contact center, IP telephony, messaging and notification solutions, was further honored with the Pace Setter Award for generating the most revenue in a 12-month period based on the Interactive Intelligence product line, and the Vision Award for developing the most innovative applications using the Interactive Intelligence software.
