Sennheiser USA, maker of high quality audio products including headsets, headphones and microphones, has appointed Jake Carter to the newly created position of product specialist, distributed brands.
Carter reportedly has 20 years of audio experience, having worked in professional theatre, commercial recording, installed sound and live sound. Best of all he lives in East Lyme, Conn., just a hop skip and jump from Sennheiser USA's Old Lyme corporate headquarters.
In his new role he will serve as the point person for all technical and product related information for Sennheiser's distributed brands K-array and HHB. As per a release, his day-to-day activities will include fielding technical inquiries from dealers and end users, as well as increasing overall sales awareness for K-array and HHB's entire line of innovative products.
He will work within Sennheiser's Systems Integration team and will report directly to Dawn Birr, channel manager, Sennheiser systems integration and distributed brands.
Initially Carter will work on a series of K-array product-training events.
