Estate Planning via Virtual Conference Call

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

The Trust Store Estate Planning Attorneys, the first full-service California law firm, will now meet and serve clients online through Skype’s (News - Alert) video conferencing, conducting a virtual conference call. This technology will also allow clients to interact through a secure client portal with licensed attorneys, receiving secure delivery of their legal documents.

Founded in 2010, The Trust Store was conceived and developed by Randall Kaiden, attorney-at-law, to address the requirements of middle class families who cannot easily afford quality legal representation through a typical law firm. The organization offers a typical estate planning package of documents includes a revocable living trust, financial powers of attorney, advanced healthcare directives, and pour-over wills. These kinds of estate plans are designed to free people from often expensive and tedious Probates and court Conservatorships in California. This is not all, clients of The Trust Store will also be able to consult with attorneys about more complex tax reduction, as well as liability avoidance trusts.

Those living in California had very few choices when completing their estate planning, but now by conducting a virtual conference call, estate planning has been made easy and cost-effective. Previously there had only been two choices: residents could either use a cheap do-it-yourself form document preparation service that doesn't offer much in the way of professional guidance or could pay heavily by choosing a traditional law firm.

The Trust Store allows attorneys to create hand-crafted legal documents for their clients and reduce their overhead. This allows Californians to get their legal documents professionally produced in a virtual law firm in an affordable manner.

“Attorneys benefit by the increased exposure and clients benefit from the convenience as well as the cost savings available when compared to traditional law firms,” said Randall Kaiden, licensed California attorney-at-law and principal owner of The Trust Store, in a statement. “What’s more, at any time, clients can decide to change the online paradigm back to a more traditional law firm practice setting and meet with one of The Trust Store attorneys in their brick and mortar offices.”
