Indosoft, a provider of Q-Suite PBX (News - Alert) and contact center software, has unveiled the latest version of its software designed to help cloud service providers deliver multi-tenant PBX and contact center services.
This announcement happens after Indosoft unveiled the recent integration of Twitter (News - Alert) into its Q-Suite of ACD software. Recently the company also added a Session Controller for Q-Suite 5.7.
The new Q-Suite 5.8, also known as Multi-tenant Q-Suite, is available to Indosoft (News - Alert) technology partners for offering private label contact center solutions, Indosoft said.
Q-Suite is designed to work with open source software platform Asterisk (News - Alert), scaling seamlessly to accommodate growth. It is available as both hosted and premise-based solutions for small, medium and large businesses.
With Asterisk emerging as the ideal platform for VoIP telephony, the multi-tenant features in Q-Suite for Asterisk offer ideal opportunity for cloud service providers to include PBX and contact center services, Indosoft officials said.
The software delivers powerful contact center Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) with Skills Based Routing, Queue Prioritization, Virtual/Personal Queues and a powerful tool for building custom IVR. The solution features a powerful API that offers dialer integration to CRM and other custom applications.
The multi-tenant PBX now offers all standard PBX features as a part of the unified communications platform. Also the software features multi-channel queue management to enable e-mail, chat and Twitter integration.
Another key capability within Q-Suite is the real-time wallboard and statistics. The powerful API offers dialer integration to CRM and other custom applications, the company said.
“The migration to Cloud has created an unprecedented demand for multi-tenant services for both contact centers and PBX” said Gabriel Bourque, CEO of Indosoft, in a statement. “In Q-Suite, we have a powerful PBX and contact center software built with multi-tenant capability from the ground up, taking full advantage of the powerful telephony engine in Asterisk.”
