SoundBite Communications (News - Alert) Inc., a company that provides cloud-based customer solutions, has announced its continued partnership with NobelBiz (News - Alert), the owner of LocalTouch and SMRT Touch call center ID management services. The 2 companies have been working together for 5 years with SoundBite operating as an authorized reseller of NobelBiz’s LocalTouch product offering. LocalTouch is a patented service that was formally known as “Local Connect.”
According to Chris Bohlin, senior product manager of SoundBite, SoundBite has integrated LocalTouch into several of its clients’ campaigns and that the new brand name and continued partnership will help customers understand their position as an authorized source in addition to providing valuable market clarity about their products offering.
James Siminoff (News - Alert), president of NobelBiz, also added that partnering with SoundBite will continue to provide more selling power to their products. He said that despite NobelBiz’s efforts to “innovate and educate the market about the power of LocalTouch,” having a preeminent leader that sells their services proactively to the customer communications market makes their efforts to do the same worthwhile.
Since 2005, NobelBiz has specialized as a facilities-based carrier for contact centers in value-added long distance services. It offers LocalTouch and SMRT Touch services to major call centers running hundreds of call centers all over the world. These two services help provide more effective inbound and outbound calling campaigns. The company holds two U.S. patents and numerous awards including the Technovation Award from the American Telemarketers Association. The LocalTouch service has been “Truth in Caller ID Act” certified and also compliant with the necessary FCC (News - Alert) rules.
