In order to get big shares from India’s growing cloud telephony market, Ozonetel Systems, a provider of on-demand cloud telephony services, and Resolvity, a provider of on-demand speech and touchtone IVR solutions, have signed a strategic partnership to offer Resolvity’s VoiceGain cloud telephony product to Ozonetel's KooKoo platform.
This partnership will enable businesses to leverage the same telephony capabilities as large corporations and allow them to serve their prospects and customers professionally 24/7 on a pay-per-use mode.
"As part of Resolvity's growth strategy, we are targeting new global opportunities in mobile applications and cloud speech recognition with the VoiceGain platform. Hence, we decided to look for a partner to address the Indian market's unique needs. We found Ozonetel, with its strong technology platform and experience in the Indian market, to be a reliable company to forge this partnership," said Arun Santhebennur, co-founder and CEO of Resolvity.
"We are excited to partner with Resolvity to address their customer needs in India and we are delighted to welcome their existing customers onto the Ozonetel platform. In last three years, we built a telco grade infrastructure keeping Indian market in mind and launched Cloud Contact Center and Cloud-based Unified Business Communication system as a service addressing 30 million MSMEs. It is a win-win situation for the customers and both companies," said CSN Murthy, CEO of Ozonetel Systems, in a statement.
Earlier, Resolvity launched VoiceGain, a cloud telephony solution for Indian small and medium enterprises (SME), enabling them to store, manage and track telephone sales inquiries and leads.
"In the past year, VoiceGain has grown to serve diverse businesses such as hospitality, travel, realty, retail, professional services, and IT/ITES to name a few. We believe that India's growing Small and Medium Enterprises will continue to benefit from such an offering," said Mahesh Rajagopalan, co-founder and president of Resolvity.
